The rooms were very clean. Access was super easy. We didn't have to rely on any staff, so everything was faceless transaction, which is super nice introverts. Bathrooms lovely and heated! Overall amazing!

The location of this hotel is top-notched because it's only 5 minutes walk away from railway station and within close proximity to the town center and attractions. You can walk to Andersen's house in 6 mins, to town center in 2-3 mins. The decoration and design of this hotel is very retro and classic. The cleaners and workers are generally helpful. Bed is good and pillow is comfy, the overall amenities are alright.
