Location, views, friendly staff, nice restaurant and big room and big bathrooms with bathtubs. The hotel has an old world charm ... we loved it. Our welcome drink was a prosecco.. such a nice surprise :) Food at the hotel is nice. It has a very classy restaurant. The hotel staff deserves a 5 star for their warmth and service. The view from my single room was amazing. I didn't expect to have a balcony and a large window, so I enjoyed my time there. As everyone had mentioned, the breakfast was exceptional. The staff offered a choice of drinks and a hot meal for every guest, and the dining room/terrace was pleasantly quiet, with a view of the mountains. It was the most relaxing and comfortable breakfast experience I've ever had at a hotel.
