The staff were very friendly,the facilities were exceptional and the room was simply gorgeous - very nicely decorated, they thought of every single detail. Location is as good as you can get. A couple of minutes walk to both spas and very central. Good selection of bars and restaurants close by. All the staff were excellent, the two ladies on the front desk were great and very accommodating given my lack of German. Waiting staff at breakfast also very professional and cleaning staff did a great job of tidying the room up each day. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again
