The hotel is located next to the Caricalla Therme. The hotel offers the wrist bands at the front desk which allows you to bypass the entrance line. There were probably 50 people in line and we bypassed them all. The room was super comfortable, clean, great views, the bed was perfect. The staff was awesome, super helpful, you can tell they have pride in their work and represent the hotel with the utmost professionalism. If you stay in Baden-Baden, this is the hotel, it’s the only place I’ll ever stay because it offers so much.

Location is as good as you can get. A couple of minutes walk to both spas and very central. Good selection of bars and restaurants close by. All the staff were excellent, the two ladies on the front desk were great and very accommodating given my lack of German.
