Lovely property, great facilities, staff very friendly and helpful. This is the second time I have taken a group to the hotel and would well recommend. I will definitely be going again! My last visit was October 2021 and it was lovely to see many of the same staff still working there. There is a real family feel, great care and pride of their work and the hotel. The location is at the center of town, by the lake and 5 mins walk to the cable car to the train station. The room is spacious and with balcony and view of the lake. Brilliant. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
