perfect location in the middle of the old town. the room is pretty decent sized and has a nice little kitchen, everything is very clean. everything looks like it is good quality. the self-checkin system works smoothly.

We stayed at Hotel Balm for 4 nights with our two kids. We loved the breakfast and walking area around the hotel with the small zoo. The bus stop is literally in front of the reception, and we could use the transportation for free. Great place to stay when visiting Luzerne.
