I arrived late afternoon and they were happy to make me sandwiches on special request which were delicious. The rooms are comfy and spacious with all amenities. One night was too short for this place, I wish I had longer.

We stayed at Hotel Balm for 4 nights with our two kids. We loved the breakfast and walking area around the hotel with the small zoo. The bus stop is literally in front of the reception, and we could use the transportation for free. Great place to stay when visiting Luzerne.
