Beautiful appartment right in the centre of Luzern. We received room upgrade for free. Everything was clean and new. Breakfast was served in the main building, 2 minutes walk from our appartment. Definitely would attend it again in case of future trips to Luzern.

Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was very varied and I loved the scrambled eggs. We had a fan and that was good. The blinds were great and also there was no noise, it was closed to old town and some towers where you can see Luzerne from the top.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, location and staff. From the minute we arrived the hotel staff were friendly and could not do enough to help. You get a free pass which enables you to use the public transport around luzerne. The bus is every 15 minutes right outside the hotel. The room was spotlessly clean as we're all the areas of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent quality and plentiful. The hotel has some spectacular views and the grounds are wonderful to walk around. This really is a hidden gem of a hotel and well worth staying at. We parked the car on the first day and didn't use it again for 7 days as it was far easier to just use public transport. We extended our stay by 3 nights going from 4 to 7 night stay and if we hadn't had other things booked we probably would have tried to stay even longer.
