We had a top floor room with a balcony overlooking the rooftops and the lake, with a few of the mountains too. It was a beautiful location. It was close to the train station, but also really close to the old town sights. We really enjoyed strolling the neighborhood. The front desk was helpful with suggestions. I would definitely recommend Elite.

Hotel La Paix is a very nice homy and elegant hotel with a beautiful location,right in the middle of the city of Lausanne. There is a nice selection of italian,swiss,Steak house (Churrasco) 2mn walking,a super market is just infront of the hotel with everything you need (Coop).Our big room had a balcony with a little table and two chairs and an incredible view on Lausanne and the lake Leman. The ladies at the desk are extremely nice and always there to help.

We LOVED this boutique hotel!! We were upgraded upon our arrival by a super helpful & friendly staff member. She answered all of our questions. The breakfast room was beautiful and offered lots of different options. Staying in Lausanne, we were given a free transit pass which made getting around so simple. We will definitely return to this hotel for a future stay.
