Gorgeous accommodation and gorgeous room. Our room had two bedrooms although we only needed one but good for a family or travelling with one/two others but you do have to walk through main bedroom to get to bathroom. Property is in a lovely part of Victoria and is about a 20-30 minute walk into downtown depending on how quickly you walk. Jeff is a lovely and friendly host who cooks a great breakfast. Absolutely recommend Prior Castle Inn to others.

From the moment you enter the hotel you are greeted by lovely staff Olga/Orla was her name. She showed you round and informed of everything you needed to know. A free international phone for customer use was an added bonus. There is no lift, Orla helped us with our cases…..very strong for a petite girl! The decor in the whole building was exceptional. Nicest place stayed for a long while. Communal area to read, play games, or just relax to the beautiful background music. There are no tv’s in the hotel, but that wasn’t an issue, quite nice really….time to think and plan ahead! We paid extra for breakfast which was cooked fresh. Nice start to the day. 30 minutes walking down one road to Victoria centre and harbour. Would highly recommend.
