Everything. Genuinely friendly people everywhere we went in the hotel from reception to the breakfast area. Comfortable room. Great breakfast. Have lifts so no issue with heavy luggage. Ample convenient parking right in front of the hotel. Reasonable room rates. Only 5 mins walk to famous Mostar Bridge. Did I mention friendly people? One of the most memorable places we stayed during our almost month long vacation in the Balkans and we stayed in many places during that period. We felt at home even though we had a short stay which made us love Bosnia even more. Dont ever change as it is nice people we meet during our trip that we remember the most.

The location is fantastic, with the Old Town literally directly across the street. The room was quiet, clean, cool and nicely decorated, with comfy bouncy beds and a spotless bathroom. They offer breakfast which we didn’t take, but we did make use of their fabulous terrace overlooking the entire Mostar. The staff is incredibly polite and available whenever you need them. The parking was a little tricky, but can fit both big and small cars. We’ll be back!

Very surprised to stay at this hotel. Good location to visit the old part of the bridge, out of the crowd. The owner is extremely friendly and hospitable. The rooms are very nice and clean. The breakfast was excellent. Even the children were excited about everything. I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back.

First of all, Sanel, who runs the hotel, is incredibly kind and helpful. The room is a great value for the money, both clean and comfortable. It's also quite centrally located, just a few minutes away from Old Town.

Location was superb. A few steps from the bridge an old town. Parking avialable. Contact the owner on arrival amd he helped us to ger down a narrow road. There even was some hime made ice cream in the fridge for us
