The location is perfect and we enjoyed the option of going to the pool and hot tub. We used the bbq on the rooftop patio twice. The proximity to the beach, grocery store and others was an added perk. The staff at Mantra add awesome.

We were delighted by the kindness and help from the staff. My wife has a disability, and the staff went out of their way to help choose an apartment that was suitable for her needs. We travel to Alexandra Heads at least once a year, and will definitely be booking with the Grand Palais again. We will also recommend it to friends and family.

Hôtel avec nombreuses activités de vacances (kayak…) autour du lac/lagon. Très bon buffet du petit déjeuner. Kangourous dans le parc de l’hôtel. Calme en dehors des vacances des enfants australiens.

We had a great time. The apartment was absolutely perfect. The bed was super comfy. It has made us want to upgrade our mattress I slept like a baby. We will definitely be back to stay when we come back.
