Located 3 miles from Kealakekua Bay, this Hawaii bed and breakfast features spectacular views of the Kona coastline as well as outdoor lava showers and a hot tub. We arrived past check-in hours, but they left us a detailed note with all the information we needed to get into our room. Our room was clean, neatly made up, comfortable, had an amazing view, and had a large closet. The bathroom was very roomy and clean with a nice view of the front of the property. The lanai out back overlooked paradise (aka ocean view) and was very peaceful. It had plenty of seating and tables to enjoy meals and a cushioned bench for relaxing. Breakfast was fantastic, banana taro french toast, fresh fruits, fresh coffee (from the plantation itself!!), and the hostess put her own tasty spin on the accompanying sides and garnishes. We plan to be back!

I signed up for 4 adults but my daughter & husband didn’t want to stay with Mom & Dad. I am interested in units where grandchildren (under 12) stay FREE. I paid $800 but saw units available for $600 children stay free. I will continue to RENT condos for the best deal since I am visiting my grandchildren on Kauai I would prefer $600 check in Friday check out Sunday Lilinoe.Yong@gmail.com
