Before our arrival my email request was answered very friendly and on time. My daughter forgot her wallet in the dining restraurant and we are so gratful that the reception lady of Mustang& Burros and Drake at the front desk helped us to find it back. Natalia was very patient to explain us everything during the check-in and made the checkout very efficietly. Thank you for a great stay!
