From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Milena and her family are the perfect hosts their love for Peterc, the area, the vines and other local produce, the interior design and artwork, everything has been carefully thought through to make your stay truly memorable. The food is delicious and freshly prepared and the wine is really good. Having a glass of chilled white on the veranda overlooking Brda is just wonderful. We hired e-bikes and did an awesome ride through the area. Milena organised this for us with Bike Vibe. We also did one of the Cherry Trail hikes from the property.

We were travelling on bikes, they gave us perfect recommendations for the next day. Helped us with dinner, breakfast was delicious. The room was new, and the wine delicious. We managed to fit a bottle on our bike which we enjoyed a couple of days later. Yes, we will be back, is a great place for a base for biking.

We stayed in Valentina apartment with our little one year old. Apartment isn’t huge, but what you need. Grounds are lovely and so much seating around the pool. The hosts are wonderful. So helpful and provide little extras.

The wine tasting was great and you can see the passion they have for everything they do.

Incredibly picturesque setting right on the Slovenia/Italy border. It's a great place for exploring the wine region. Food was really good and the morning/breakfast staff was super nice. The pool was a great place to relax during the day.

Apartment Vidus Wine Estate er staðsett í Podnanos, 32 km frá Škocjan-hellunum og 47 km frá Trieste-lestarstöðinni. Þaðan er útsýni yfir innri húsgarðinn. Apartment is next to the wine cellar, which is excellent, due to the fact that you are in Vipava Valley :). We really appreciate our hosts hospitality, Mr. Janko. At the arrival he invites us to it’s wine cellar for a glass of wine and it was great. Actually, there was nothing not to like here.
