Spent a couple of days in the village over Christmas and had a great time. The two hosts are very nice, invited me for drinks and dinner plus took good care of me during the whole stay. The accommodation itself is an old German building that was refurbished with traditional interiors and is just lovely to stay in. I'd definitely come back one day!

Bedrooms are quiet and you can sleep even while people are spending time downstairs in the living room. Close to salt mine, you can even walk to there.

The way she takes care of the place and the multitude of cats there, is amazing. The interiors are well preserved and provide the complete experience, with the full extent of what that entails.

A beautiful set of traditional houses restored with very good taste. They serve breakfast in a communal shed with a coffee maker and fridge. Cats that live in the yard are great. The area, full of Saxon villages and fortified churches, is one of Transylvannia's best zones to visit.

The surroundings, the room, the garden with all the houses, the cats. Everything is so beautiful. The people here are beyond amazing, very helpful and very nice.

The house had an amazing variety of antique folk items within it. Everything about it was authentic and interesting. We really enjoyed seeing Transylvanian village life up close—the town tavern, teenagers hanging out at night, neighbors talking, etc.
