Isang 16th century country house ang Quinta das Mercês na nag-aalok ng luxury accommodation sa harap ng dagat. Location could not have been better. Beautiful home. Just outside of Angra on the water. Quiet and peaceful after a day of white knuckle driving on the island! The owner, Maria, was absolutely lovely, as was her staff. Excellent price also. Hope to go back and stay in the spring.
