Landsteder Lomba D'Água ligger i sognet Candelária, sydkysten af øen S. Miguel, 14 km fra byen Ponta Delgada. The house was beautifully appointed and much bigger than expected. We loved the private terrace where we ate meals and the garden with the jacuzzi. We also loved the distance from the bedrooms to the living areas as you could be up early but not disturb your travelling companions. We appreciated the bowl of fresh fruit and breakfast supplies such as milk, local jam and the wonderful bread baked in Furnas, as well as the daily delivery of fresh buns. The house was immaculate and we appreciated the daily cleaning. The hosts were lovely and very welcoming.

The property is situated in the middle of San Antonio with amazing, stunning views on the coast and the ocean. The location is just perfect for trekkings around the most beautiful sceneries of the islands and also reaching Ponta delgada. We stayed with our family and we had a wonderful 3-night stay, with Ms Marilia helping with everything and Mr. Nelson guiding us towards the most amazing culinary experiences. We love the story of the property where the family of 12 lived doing farming and is now a really beautiful get-away property, offering the best of the island. There are 4 separate units, infinity pool, kitchenette for amazing breakfast and parking for the guests that is a must at the island. I personally loved the coffee available since I have coffee all the time and Ms. Marilia making home made eggs & fresh bread. There was also local wine available at the house but we did not try it for my husband bought so many (he is a somelie) - but definetely a really nice gesture. Our kids enjoyed the pool even if it was a bit cold outsid3, but the had much fun. We also enjoyed the views and tranquility at the pool every evening, along with local wine 😊 Super friendly hosts, we highly recommend - we will definetely return 😊
