The place is very charming, like an old fashioned home, very warm and inviting. Only 8 rental rooms. Quiet with a huge garden and pool ( which we didnt use). Good breakfast, not too fancy but enough to start the day. Beds were excellent, although they only had 2 twin beds for us and not a double bed. There was no check in time, they asked us about our time of arrival and we got the room when we arrived, at about 10:30 in the morning...

Absolutely everything was perfect and there were so many little things the housekeeper Nuno thought of - we felt so cozy and welcoming during our whole stay. Nuno was always available when we had questions. He also prepared a welcoming package for us including eggs, coffee, tea, sugar, milk - perfect for the first breakfast on the other day with an amazing view over the ocean. The house is so tidy and clean and has everything you need: a coffee machine, a kettle, an electric heater for cold days, extra blankets, a washing machine plus detergents and of course a lot of kitchen staff for cooking. We would definitely stay here again. It's especially perfect for those who want to explore the island without a car as we did. So perfect location, too.

For the price, it went beyond our exception. When we come back to Faial and need a place to stay we will inquire about this location and unit.

La Quinta da Abegoaria se encuentra en Abegoaria, a 6,3 km de Horta. El alojamiento dispone de zona de salón comedor y cocina con microondas, tostadora, nevera y cafetera. Swimming pool, pool table, and all the other equipments are great. Temperature and shape and having it for oursleves was super fun. The house is very big and has everything we needed. We felt at home. People were really nice to us. A great place to be in Faial.
