The Waters Country House ligt in Newtown, op 5 minuten rijden van Ballyvaughan en Galway Bay. Hard to know where to start - extremely well thought through accommodation from the hosts Wolfgang and Maria. The countryside location meant it was super peaceful and there were a number of area to chill with the great honesty bar facilities. Breakfast was the best we had on the tour. Still don’t think I am capturing the uniqueness of this place - it is way above anything else we stayed in that sea to get similar scores on sites like booking.com. if we were doing this trip again we would make this a base for a few days.

Suaimhneas is gelegen in Lahinch, op 15 km van kliffen van Moher, en biedt gratis WiFi, gratis privéparkeren en uitzicht op de tuin. The location was amazing and very close to Lahinch town centre. With picturesque views of the ocean and country side. The accomodation was clean and very comfortable to stay in. And Helen was very welcoming and accomodating. Her two dogs and two cats were extremely friendly and would definitely recommend if you’re an animal lover.

Aran View Country House is gebouwd in de Georgiaanse periode in 1736 en staat op een heuvel aan de kustweg. Het biedt een van de mooiste uitzichten op de wilde kustlijn van Clare. A beautiful place to stay. It felt quite grand, but so comfortable and welcoming at the same time. Such a comfortable bed and so lovely to have a very spacious room. It was incredibly helpful to get some washing done here as well. Nothing was a problem. An excellent place to stay.

Country House 20 minutes to Galway City ligt in Kilcolgan, op 21 km van stadspark Eyre Square, 21 km van Treinstation Galway, en 22 km van St. Nicholas Collegiate Church. The extra touches added. ie a video explaining how the heating works.. the handwritten note with details of the area. I can't say enough about their kindness and attention to detail
