We could not have wanted for anything more. Robin and Jane were extremely accommodating, we had our dogs with us who loved the place and the grounds. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and they were the perfect hosts. Their passion for hospitality and clearly for amazing food was clear to see. Also to reiterate... the food was amazing.

Good road links make Plas Dinas Country House accessible from many of North Wales’s popular attractions. The hotel is only 10 minutes’ drive from the World Heritage site of Caernarfon. Everything was amazing. Our room, the Caroline, was beautiful. The proprietors have thought of everything. Some homemade little treats waiting for us to accompany our in room tea & coffee. Cocktail hour before dinner with delicious canapés, then the Michelan like 3 course dinner was outstanding. We couldn’t fault this property.

Definately one of the most enjoyable places to stay! Super friendly owners and staff. Amazing location and views. Rooms comfotable, bathroom fantastic. I loved the peace and quiet of the place. The shower was excellent and the whole bathroom was impeccably cleaned, as was the rest of the space.

The property has lake and garden views, and is 39 km from Snowdon. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. We liked the location. The grounds were pretty and it was very peaceful. Good central location for exploring Snowdonia. The host was pleasant. The bed was big and comfortable.

The village of Rowen is just 1 mile away and the property offers free parking. A perfect very stylish self-catering little cottage. Well equipped within very private grounds in the middle of the country side. Excellent location for daytrips and walks in North Wales. In the small village of Rowen 1 mile away there is also a very nice Pub. Highly recommended.

This Victorian house also features free on-site parking and a private garden. The property is excellently maintained and is a beautiful old house. Our hosts, Gina and Gareth were, well what can I say apart from congenial, friendly, helpful, courteous, loved a chat and a laugh. Gina went out of her way to make us feel welcome and at home. The breakfast choices were amazing and meant we didn’t need lunch. We had dinner on the Saturday night and the food was delicious. They are both great cooks!
