We had a great stop over at Chateau de Contay while visiting the SJMC at Villers-bretonneux. Leonie was a fantastic hostess, very courteous and considerate and gave us some great local tips. At this point we’d been traveling through Europe for 6 weeks and we had our best nights sleep and shower in all that time at the chateau.

Patrick and Claudia are the perfect hosts ,and the Chateau oozes old world charm. Ask Patrick about the history of the place, fascinating stuff. P.S. breakfasts are great.

Sellel hommikusöögiga majutusasutusel on hooajaline soojendusega välibassein. The pictures don’t do the Manoir justice—so much better in person. The entire property is diligently cared for and the owners’ pride is certainly reflected. We stayed in the three bedroom house and it was perfect for a small family. my children enjoyed the grounds and pool. The breakfast is plentiful and they serve the best scrambled eggs.

The chateau was beautiful and the rooms up to date. We loved the breakfast in the amazing old music room. The hosts were very friendly and even with our poor french language skills managed to communicate with us and help us with our needs. A great base to explore the WW1 landmarks.

A warm welcome awaits at Chateau D'Arry with huge rooms that have been beautifully furnished and finished to a very high standard. Great linen and immaculately clean. Our host was so lovely to speak with and keen to help in any way he could. Breakfast was beautifully presented with local produce and home made preserves. A Michelin starred dinner recommendation for our anniversary celebration made it even better - Thank you Chateau D'Arry. In a great location en-route to/from Calais.

The atmosphere was superb, very relaxing and calm. The hostess, Justine was so kind and helpful. She epitomised the Chateau in every way and great credit to her for ensuring that everything was of the highest quality, including the room and the evening meal.

Very happy to answer any questions and were so welcoming. The room was lovely and comfortable, and very clean and the breakfast the next morning was delicious! Would recommend to everyone. Can't wait to come back :)
