The accommodation features a hot tub. the property was incredible. the views were amazing. fantastic food. Louis was a wonderful host. I can’t recommend this place enough. it’s the perfect getaway and he can arrange tours in the local area. If the place is available book it!!!

Set in Santa Marta, 44 km from Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino and 47 km from Santa Marta Gold Museum, Casa AliBri offers a restaurant, sea views and free WiFi. I believe you need a bit of luck to stumble upon something like Casa AliBri, especially having in mind that they have opened just 6 months ago. The location is remote - 4.5km above the main road, there are no neighbours and it has only 3 rooms for guests. You are guaranteed a calm stay in the company of Alix and Brise. The place is overlooking the surrounding lush forest and you hear the songs of many birds. The casa is what you see on the pictures and it is very clean and well kept. We had a wonderful New Years Eve with Alix and Brise who are really wonderful human beings with very interesting story to tell. And the chef is fantastic (I will not say more about this, let it be a surprise when you go visit Casa AliBri). I would rate it with 11 if I could. Will be back in a few years to check on their project!

Hostal Agroturistico ecológico is a country house located in Guachaca. Complimentary private parking is available on site. The property is 9 km from Parque Nacional Tayrona. Maria, Karolina and Magola were the best hosts we have stayed with!!! They made our stay feels like home: we had dinner with them, play the game "stop" with Karolina and the food made by Maria was really really good!!!! The views are absolutly astonishing! We will remember you forever! Maria also let us leave our bags in their house while we went to pass a night in Park Tayrona!

Posada la Ofelia is situated in El Trompito, 31 km from Santa Marta. There is a restaurant and guests can have fun at the games room. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. One of the most magical places I have ever been lucky enough to stay in. Don Javier is a gem, the food was delicious, and the property was absolutely magical! Also, he makes the best food in all of Colombia.

Offering an outdoor swimming pool and river view, Las Cabañas del Rio is situated in Minca, 18 km from Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino and 21 km from Santa Marta Gold Museum. The property is just amazing and probably one of the best we have noticed in the Minca. Tucked in at the bottom of the rainforest, with two rivers crossing, the site just offers the perfect spot for serenity and tranquility. The two pools are fed with circulating river water, but you can also swim in the river at the bottom of the property. A little huts offer basic facilities, but they’re very comfortable. The host is very kind and extremely facilitating. We stayed two nights but we could’ve easily stayed on entire week!

Buritaca House is set in Buritaca. The air-conditioned accommodation is 2 km from Playa Buritaca. The country house has family rooms. AMAZING!! So clean and comfortable. Perfect place to attend El Rio's parties or to just go hang by the river - it is only a very cheap 3 minute moto taxi or a 20 minute walk! The staff are very kind! There is amazing room service, netflix, and self controllable air-conditioning!! I can not recommend it enough! Also unrelated but "Buritaca Fried Chicken" on the main road is a must!!!
