Paul was a great, friendly host who was very understanding of my chronic pain. He brought up breakfast to my room. He helped carry my bags and offered to help carry anything else for me. He let me stay an extra hr past original checkout time because I definitely needed it after spending the day traveling and going out to dinner. For people that live in chronic pain will understand that most mornings for us especially high pain levels, just getting out of bed and getting dressed, let alone packing our things to leave, can be very painful and hard. I didn't ask Paul to do too much, but I got the feeling that anything I would ask within reason to help me, he would have done. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone staying in nappanee. Just a mention to those with chronic pain I did have a room on a top floor so there were stairs because i wanted a room with a balcony I was able to climb them but I know some people can't.
