Ana and Luis (and Alex their friendly dog) were wonderful hosts, providing us with extra touches of hospitality that made our stay special, such as allowing us to check in a few hours early after an overnight flight, offering us delicious fruit from their orchard, providing detailed instructions for hiking through the forest to the Convent of the Capuchos and comforting greetings from Alex each time we arrived). The Eugaria Country House has great views of their gardens and orchards, the forest, and the valley leading to the ocean. The sunsets were among the best we have seen anywhere. Our room was nicely decorated and with an extremely comfortable bed.

Great house with a lot of facilities and everything clean. Even bigger than you would suspect based on the online photos. Coffee machine was broken but within a second replaced by our host.

Great communication with our hosts. The place was lovely, comfortable and clean. The garden was amazing. There’s a little bakery/restaurant very short, walk away… but be prepared to spend plenty of time there, as service is not exactly prompt. It’s next to a catering company that sells meals to take home, too. There’s a small market that’s a slightly longer walk in the other direction.

Dream Guinho is an incredibly impressive hotel. Despite my familiarity with the area, I was pleasantly surprised by its beautiful wooden design. The staff is exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and well-trained. Everything is perfectly arranged, creating an unforgettable atmosphere. I wish I could have stayed longer to fully enjoy the hotel. The rooms are impeccably clean and comfortable, offering a breathtaking view of the Malvera mountains and Guincho beach. The breakfast provided was both delicious and plentiful.
