Just great. A lovely country house a little away from the city center. The car park at Porta Santa Lucia (which is also the car park for a Coop supermarket) is 5 minute drive away and makes it super convenient to explore Urbino. At the same time you can relax in the middle of nowhere afterwards. Friendly staff, good breakfast (at least for Italian standards - when staying longer you might miss a little bit of a variety).

We really enjoyed the location, surrounded by a beautiful garden and lovely countryside. About 15 minute drive to Urbino so it was easy to drive to the town in the day and spend a lovely relaxing evening in the cottage. There is a patio with tables and chairs outside the door. The family were really welcoming and friendly. The cottage itself was really well equipped, clean and spacious. There is parking next to the cottage and the WiFi was great.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse som överträffade alla våra förväntningar. Det är ett vackert läge, lugnt och tyst. Vi bodde i ett annex med påkostad interiör där ingenting saknades. Runt omkring var en trädgård och extra roligt var det med de fina skulpturerna som värdinnan hade gjort. Bra frukost och väldigt gullig och hjälpsam personal. Mycket fin pool med fantastisk utsikt.

Amazing location on the top of the hill with beautiful view. You will have complete privacy with all facilities you need for comfort. Catia is careful host. We arrived later and there was no problem at all, Catia was waiting for us. The pool area protected by glass walls. Even in cold weather you can enjoy swimming with view to valley. I do not recommend you to miss sunset time. The house looks west from the hill and you will have a couple of magic hours with breathtaking view which constantly changes in front of your eyes. I hope we will have a chance to come back here.

The location is incredibly beautiful, the accommodations meet all expectations, the pool is lovely and has a beautiful view., and the charming family that runs all of this is very helpful. If you get an invitation from them for a guest dinner, definitely do it, they have hidden talents.....
