Just great. A lovely country house a little away from the city center. The car park at Porta Santa Lucia (which is also the car park for a Coop supermarket) is 5 minute drive away and makes it super convenient to explore Urbino. At the same time you can relax in the middle of nowhere afterwards. Friendly staff, good breakfast (at least for Italian standards - when staying longer you might miss a little bit of a variety).

We really enjoyed the location, surrounded by a beautiful garden and lovely countryside. About 15 minute drive to Urbino so it was easy to drive to the town in the day and spend a lovely relaxing evening in the cottage. There is a patio with tables and chairs outside the door. The family were really welcoming and friendly. The cottage itself was really well equipped, clean and spacious. There is parking next to the cottage and the WiFi was great.

Amazing location on the top of the hill with beautiful view. You will have complete privacy with all facilities you need for comfort. Catia is careful host. We arrived later and there was no problem at all, Catia was waiting for us. The pool area protected by glass walls. Even in cold weather you can enjoy swimming with view to valley. I do not recommend you to miss sunset time. The house looks west from the hill and you will have a couple of magic hours with breathtaking view which constantly changes in front of your eyes. I hope we will have a chance to come back here.

The place was very clean and close to Urbino. Breakfast was very nice (of course Covid restrictions on not having a buffet are a bit painful) and the owner was extremely friendly and helpful in pointing out places of interest to visit, where to eat, where to park the car, etc. Overall recommended

Totul a fost excelent. Confortabil, curat, liniște, piscina mare și întreținută bine, gazdele drăguțe, peisajul absolut de vis. Totul este aranjat cu foarte mult bun-gust, proprietarii s-au gândit la toate detaliile ca să facă șederea oaspeților cât mai plăcută și ne-au ajutat chiar și cu idei despre ce se poate vizita în apropiere. Singura problemă este accesul la cazare - există o porțiune de cca 1,5 km de drum neasfaltat, prin pădure, afectat de inundațiile recente, care ne-a dat mici bătăi de cap, pentru că ne-am dorit să mergem să vizităm cât mai mult în cele 6 zile de ședere aici, plus că Waze și Google Maps nu-s în stare să ocolească drumurile neasfaltate, care nu sunt puține în zona asta, dar aceasta nu este vina proprietarilor, evident. Oricum, locația și condițiile de la cazare au meritat toate eforturile noastre. Mulțumim mult!
