This place is breathtaking. By far the best choice in the area. For us and the baby was amazing location and we had all we needed and more. Welcomed with great hospitality and treated as close friends, we felt very relaxed and we enjoyed a lot our staying. The property is beautiful, located in a very quiet area and a beautiful view from the pool area. The breakfast and stay are amazing value for money, we had a great time. But the best part were the owners, the most welcoming, warm and helpful sweet people ever!! They made sure we had everything we need, baked fresh pastries for us every morning to make sure we have enough and they even offered to bring us to the grocery store!! Amazing people and place, just wonderful!!

David went out of his way to send a video of how to get there from the station, which was extremely helpful, also once we got to the property his wife Claudia also greated us with keys and showed us around

Apartment was easy to find, quite close to train station, David the owner sent a video of how to find the apartment and how to get the key and get in. The apartment was clean and tidy, and had everything you needed. When we had arrived he sent a message with different places to eat in Bracciano which was a nice touch, hope to use again sometime and explore more of the area around the lake which is stunning.

The location is amazing! Best place to have relax and "reboot" - it quiet and energizing at the same time! Alessandro is an extremely friendly and positive host - he met us and showed everything. Both country house and area around are magnificent, interior is very cozy and authentic. Kitchen is well equipped, there are plenty of dishes and other tableware (this is not always in other apartments like this), everything was super clean. Pictures fully correspond to reality. We would stay there much longer if this would be possible (maybe even the rest of our life :))) ) If one day we would be in Lazio again, then we know where we stay!
