The owner was really nice and smiling, he was waiting for us despite our late check-in and he took few minutes to talk with us making us feel home. The place is within a strict valley few kilometers from Spoleto: a unique place with medieval houses, a lot of green and relaxing tranquillity.

The food is exceptional! The location is perfect and indescribable! From Casale Fusco you can see the whole valley. The inside is equally beautiful and the rooms are warm, comfortable, large and inviting. I can’t say enough about what a great time we had!

The apartment is beautiful with stone walls and wooden ceiling. The view is spectacular - better than in the pictures, the pool is big enough and very clean with the shaded patio near it (all make it very good place for relax). This location is one of the best we have ever been - calm, stunning surroundings with green fields, without too many tourists. Beautiful historical town close to the apartment with lots of restaurants - you can try umbrian typical food. The oner was friendly ang gave us useful tips. We definitely want to came back again! Thank you!

It is a cozy place to stay in, just like in the pictures, with a great history and an authentic feel that shows in all the details. Daniele is a great host. He gave us thorough instructions to reach the property, then waited for us despite our late arrival, and he was there to help us with anything we needed during our stay. Since we were the only guests at the time, he was nice enough to give us the keys for the floor, with the living room and the kitchen at our private disposal. So we had a whole beautiful apartment for ourselves at the price of one room. It was also nice to meet his lovely parents and pets. Thank you for everything.

Beautiful location, an ancient mansion in the country. Cinzia and her husband are very kind hosts. We had abundant dinner and breakfast with italiano local food.

I really like the place, big aprtament, nic packing space, quiet, clean, comfy. Ideal for what I wanted. WiFi and tv in the apartament. It really had all i needed. Close to places to visit, for food and so on. Super welcoming owner.
