The moment you arrive at Antica Corte you are transported to the Italian Countryside, the way of life is slower, you forget that you had to drive on the nearby freeway to arrive, and you are taken aback by the gorgeous views and the vineyards of soave surrounding you in every direction. Additionally Cristian had such a wonderful dog "joy" who could not have been any sweeter. My favorite part was sitting outside and reading under the covered patio, drinking wine (ours or Cristian's own soave, which he gladly shares with his guests). Cristian supplied wine glasses, as well as a communal fridge to be used by his guests. The bathroom was lovely, and the room was easily cooled on hot days, and easily stayed warmer on cool days. We were very comfortable here, and it was just a short drive to Soave and to nearby restaurants and wineries. Cristian provided wonderful suggestions for where to eat, and we enjoyed the places that he recommended. Breakfast consisted of some sweeter treats (home baked cake), coffee, bread, jam, yogurt, and ham and cheese. It was perfectly lovely, and we were grateful for how attentive Cristian was.

We chose to stay here, outside of Verona, and we are so pleased with our choice. We were promptly greeted with warm hospitality and some wine. We didn’t have a reservation for any tastings or a tour; but in spite of that, and even with a large tour coming through, one of the associates quickly showed us their tasting room and barrels and told us about their process. A primary reason for our trip was for wine tasting/education, so this made us very happy. It’s close enough to Verona to explore there, but not inside the bustle of the city, and parking was free. The room was a very nice size, the bed was comfortable and the included breakfast was quite satisfying and delicious! All in, this is an excellent property and we would unquestionably stay here again.
