The apartment was great. You can use a shuttle service to the beach, which picks you up directly from the apartment. Our highlight was Velia the owner. She ist the best host we ever had. On our first day she gave us many recommendations. We have also received some typical Italian biscuits, which were very delicious. We would definitely come back.

Villa is perfectly located in the countryside from where we able to reach Numana and Sirolo within 10 min by car. This place is carefully maintained, offering relaxing and authentic ambient. Our room was cosy and spotlessly cleaned every day, tastefully decorated in a modern rustic style. In front of our room was a small patio, but the best part was the garden itself with sunbeds distributed under olive trees or positioned so you could soak up the sun. Breakfast was served in a wonderful barn. Variety of tipical italian breakfast and my favourite - tasty homemade tarts. This is the place to come back to and we are looking forward to it!

The little Studio is just perfect to take some time off from daily stresses. Everything is new and functional. You can prepare you own food and enjoy it on the little balcony with an ocean view and a wonderful breeze. The supermarket and bus stop to Ancona are a 10 min walk away and the beach is a 20 min walk away. I enjoyed exploring everything by foot. Marina is a great host. She has recommendations if you need them and is available for any requests. Her super cute old dog Lilli and the 2 cats Michelina and Michelino are just lovely and, if you want, they will even pay you a visit. It is a perfect little place!

Very nice stay. We stayed in the Notaio room which had a balcony. We enjoyed the prepared breakfast served outside each morning. There is a small pool and beach chairs, we did not make use of them as we went to the beach. The owner was very friendly and helped us book our umbrella and beach chairs for the day at San Michelle beach.
