Good middle point for our family trip between Florence and Pisa. The facility has everything we need for 3 night stay with 2 kids. As the previous reviewers commented, all rooms including kitchen and bathrooms are super clean and function well. Laundry washer and dryer at the property were great bonus. Visited here at end of Nov, but not too cold to enjoy beautiful yard and garden with spectacular country view. Due to recent flooding, WiFi was still down on Day 1-2, and recovered on Day 3-4. The owner reached out to us and gave headsup 3 weeks before our stay re WiFi issue so we were able to make informed decision to stay beforehand. She is extremely responsive. Her recommended restaurants around here and in Florence were awesome. We would def return here.

This charming country villa is located on top of a hill within a short drive from the village. The view was breathtaking! Our apartment was very spacious and clean, with a bathroom in each of the two floors. The breakfast was very good containing also some small local savoury dishes. The coffee of your choice is served to the table. We liked the garden pool a lot, it was some really hot days. There are not too many apartments in this agriturismo, so the atmosphere remains peaceful and nice. The definite highlight of our stay was the owner, Stefano, who kindly took the time to answer all our questions and gave valuable tips about what to do and where to go on the holiday.

Warm welcome - although we arrived late evening, due to a delayed flight, the hosts were ready and waiting for us (after giving directions by WhatsApp) to show us to the apartment and explain the location. Great location - from here you can drive to Pisa, Lucca and Siena all within 1 hour. There is a Lidl in the local town Castelfiorentino which is just 15 mins away, which also has a train station with regular service to Florence (takes 45-50 mins) which we’d recommend as driving/parking in Florence is difficult. Perfect surroundings- for walking, exploring, wildlife (owls, deers, birds of prey) and magical Tuscan sunsets!
