Very spacious property with separate bedrooms and modern, clean bathrooms in very quiet location. Airconditioning, clean floors and beautiful antique furniture, comfortable beds. Wifi also very good. This was a wonderfull stay.

The location is close to Bologna that you can visit, but at the same time far away from the very touristy and noise area. It is a wonderful property, beautifully arranged, with huge trees and lovely flowers. The rooms are very spacious, well equipped with anything you may need (toiletries, slippers etc). Very good breakfast and the stuff are extremely friendly. There is also an underground parking for the hotel guests, as well as some spaces right in front of the hotel. On the location you have a restaurant which is definitely known to the locals - every night there were people coming to have dinner, celebrating various occasions or simply to enjoy the great food (the appetizers, the pizza, the pasta, the bread, the sweets, they are all worth it).

everything was nice, you are in the middle of the forest, surrounded by silence; the hosts are very kind people and they serve sophisticated and tasty food; to have dinner and breakfast there is very romantic also; thank you guys

Excellent and beautiful vacation house in residential area cca. 20 minutes from Bologna. The host is very welcoming and I'd like to emphasise cleanliness. Also, it's a great spot for someone that is looking for a peaceful surroundings.
