Julia was a fantastic host and extremely helpful. Lots of knowledge on the area, and around most mornings. Nothing was too much trouble and the area was so peaceful yet only a 20 minute drive from the coast. Cleanliness was very high and the small town was just what we wanted, well away from the commercial tourist areas but in lovely countryside. Traffic was virtually non existent, a bonus on the roads plus the non-toll roads were really good and quick enough. Do walk up to the Buddhist school, its a beautiful, peaceful place, like a park but you can take in the Buddhist enviroment, and the Nuns and Monks are very welcoming, plus they have a cafe, shop and you can also grab lunch.

The breakfast was very delicious, our hosts took great care in preparing rich meals every day, and they paid attention to little details which made the stay even more pleasant. The place was very quiet, relaxing with a wonderful view of the Tuscany countryside. The room was authentic, very clean and cozy with every comfort you might need. The hosts are very friendly, helpful, and they make you feel right at home from the first moment you arrive. They gave us great tips regarding site seeing possibilities, dinning places, and we also enjoyed the late night talks in their company.

Really enjoyed this stay, close to the seaside, beautiful swimming pool which gets cleaned daily. Our studio where we stayed with 2 kids was perfect. The kitchen was equipped with washing machine, oven and stove top and coffee maker. The conciërge was very easy to approach with questions even though she speaks no English, she does her very best to accommodate. The sofabed was fine, shower too. The washing machine was such a big plus when travelling with kids! The studio had its own patio which was great for breakfast or when kids went to sleep. I would recommend! We were 3hrs early but could already check in, a big plus!
