Beautiful setting ,villa was really authentic and offered a very big room and bathroom. The garden and seating area is quite big and we had it to ourselves the 3 days we were there! A beautiful view just 1 minute away of vineyards and classic tuscan countryside. A wonderful restaurant in the same grounds with really nice outdoor eating area, really handy as the house is not within walking distance of local town/villages . Overall idyllic and a delight!

Pool and spa are amazing. Views walking a loop around the property are incredible so ask about the 5 km walk. Hosts are extremely hospitable and happy to provide anything needed. We stayed in one of their apartments for 10 days and it really felt like home. We loved the small farm environment, and got to walk through olive trees to see sunsets, which was awesome. A/C worked great too.

The property is located on a quiet place some 10 min walk from Montecarlo. The first 300m you need to walk on a road without sidewalk, We had very spacious apartment, which was clean and equipped with everything what we needed. We could easily park on a private parking on the grounds of the property. The place has nice restaurant with magnificent wines from own production.

Our generous hosts upgraded us to a room with a view and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Everything was perfect.

A lovely traditional home with upgraded facilities! We were a group of 8 and there was plenty of space and hot water for all!

Wonderful place. The owner is incredibly friendly and was there to welcome us. She was always available to answer questions. The apartment was very clean, looked after, and cosy. There is place to sit outside too. It's a very quiet location but close to shops and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. More restaurants available within a 5-10 minute drive. The pool was also fantastic, and cleaned every day.

Fabulous host and property. Spacious and well equipped apartment; included coffee and breakfast items as well as pantry basics. Great pool and although we shared it with one other family it felt very private. Loved the on site Tesla destination charger.
