Calm location away from mass tourism. Outside pool with an extraordinary view which is ideal to relax after visiting the tuscan countryside. Ideal location for short trips to all major points to visit in Tuscany(Pisa, Volterra, Siena, the coast and beaches, etc). Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Veronica and Roberta made the stay even better with their constant work and support.

The location is beautiful with surrounding hills and old Tuscan villages, a great starting point for exploring Val d'Orcia, Pisa, Lucca, Siena and Firenze. The house with its rustic feel is perfect for summer vacation with kids. A lot of green space with a private terrace that has a direct connection with the pool area. The terrace is perfect for staying up late and watching the sunset. It comes with the outdoor grill but you can also use the brick grill with a brick pizza oven in the common area. The house is fully equipt with a beautiful Tuscan rustic feel that meets modern design. It's got everything that you need. The owners are so nice and welcoming that we can't wait to come back.

Amazing place! Beautiful surroundings sounds of nature, relaxing and quiet. Nice heated swimming pool. Great breakfast with a good coffee.Super friendly staff- caring, welcoming and helped us with whatever we needed. Definitely will return.

it’s an excellent property with lovely grounds and great staff. Sabina gives a wonderful cooking class and Manuela is a ray of sunshine. the 2 bedroom apartment is very comfortable for two couples, with all necessary amenities. We were given excellent suggestions for restaurants and towns nearby. I wish we could have stayed longer

The staff have always been friendly and helpful. The wine is fabulous. The view from the pool is spectacular. There are great restaurants locally, one within walking distance. Plenty a short drive away.
