Next to the hotel are two restaurants which we both enjoyed. It is super close to a lot of places we visited so that was another plus. In the evening we used the hot tub/bath which was outside and very relaxing, plus was that there are two of them so you dont have to share with people. Breakfasts were amazing and staff was really nice and helpful at all times.

The bed was really comfortable and the cabin was warm and cosy. The cabins are in a rural area which was very nice as it was quite peaceful, the golden circle and nearby attractions are easily accessible by car. We were really lucky to see the northern lights on both the nights we stayed. Would definitely recommend staying in the cabins and we will be back.AnelieseYoung couple

You can even do your washing if required. A bonus is the lovely hot spring available after a days hiking or sightseeing. It has self-check-in, which transpired to be a great idea, considering it's location on the golden circle. I highly recommend taking an advantage of a constant light and exploring the hotel proximity at night -- we arrived very late from Geysir but had no issues with it due to self-check-in. The room was great: spacious, new, and extremely quiet, and the bed was great.
