The staff were exceptional. From the greeting at reception through to the evening meal and breakfast the next day. It really felt friendly - and not the fake professional friendliness required, but genuinely warm.

Very quiet and peaceful location with no traffic noise or inconsiderate guests more frequently experienced at other similarly priced locations. Will be using this hotel for my fairly regular stayovers in the north west.
