Staff are amazing, very helpful, super friendly, they really make your stay special. Great food, nice dinner and cooked breakfast. Lots of fuss for our dog and extra effort to set up areas we could eat indoors with her. Bedrooms a good size and very peaceful and comfortable.

Comfortable ground floor room with shower as requested. Really good attentive staff. Dining room a little soulless as the hotel features large gatherings at we stayed at a quiet time. The large birds (emu's etc ) were an added bonus and definitely unique.

The friendliness, professionalism of the staff. The room was out in the courtyard, lovely, quiet and roomy! We had our springer spaniel with us, as had just arrived at Newhaven on the ferry. We were all made very welcomed. The grounds are exceptional with Rheas, llama and other animals, along with lakes with fountains. We didn’t have breakfast as we were continuing up North, so needed to get off, but going by everything else I m sure it would of been good! We will stay here again. Thank you
