The appartment was very modern and comfortable. It's location was great ,beside good restaurants and bars.Very clean and Real Estate staff were very accommodating and helpful..We would definitely be back ,beautiful appartment.

I MOVED INTO THIS UNIT FROM A DIFFERENT UNIT I WAS THERE FOR 5 NIGHTS. SAME BUILDING, SAME FLOOR - JUST DIFFERENT APARTMENT NUMBER. Simeone came to hand me the key and I moved my language from the previous apartment 208 to this apartment 201. This apartment everything inside was new and upgraded. It's the same size as the previous one but almost all newly upgraded. Again; The host IVAN IS A VERY HELPFUL GUY THOUGH I NEVER MET HIM. I always communicated with him on WhatsApp and the communication was very good and he always replied promptly. He helped me with everything I needed.

Apartment is very convenient, it has everything you need and seems recently renovated. The styling is as shown on the pictures and makes it a home. Shower is great, always hot and strong pressure. Bed is most comfortabele. Spacy balcony with lounge set and diner/sun chairs. Location just one block from the beach, about 8 minutes from Lidl supermarket and busstop. Third floor, easy to walk up by stairs if you don’t want to use the small but modern elevators. Building looks a bit old fashioned but is well maintained, clean and gives a safe feeling due to camera surveillance, locked entrances and every floor has a fire extinguisher. There is enough storage room and a large closet in the bedroom. Screens in front of all windows. The handling by Ivi Real estate was outstanding. Well organised, clear communication, fast action when a small repair was needed and easy to contact.

Very nice place to stay for a girls summer vacation. We were 7 girls and we spent 10 days at the property, and really enjoy it. The house is located in very calm area, close to 2 big stores (Lidl) and Burger King. And just about 15-20 minutes walk to the beach. We really liked swimming pool, which I think was bigger than I expected and outside area with several "sitting corners". So even though you are with a big group, you still can find calm place for yourself. It is very positive that every room have air-condition, and there is 2 bathrooms. Kitchen is also very nice and well equipped, also with some basics like washing clothes, salt, oil and so on. So you dont have to buy big packages of everything. Very positive! And last but not least the owner is very nice person and very welcomed. He gave us free lemons, limes and bottle of wine, when we arrived and helped us with recommendations about area and so on. I really recommend this place :)))

The location - 3 minutes walk to the beach. 2 supermarkets nearby. Very clean unit with basic ammenities. Quiet area at night. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Great communication with host.
