The staff is very friendly, they showed us all their recommendations for things to do in the City, and were always very kind. You can easily get to San Sebastian/Donostia and Hendaia from the hotel (direct metro line). My sister and I definitely recommend this hotel!

If you like being in the countryside, this place is truely amazing. It is located very remotely, some 5 min driving outside the Village of Urnieta. It is surrounded by the green basque hills with wonderfull views and has itself a large green garden which is available to be used. Getting into San Sebastián takes some 15-20 minutes. The owners are very friendly and helpful and live in the rear part of the house. The appartment was very cosy and clean. There is a full kitchen and beds are good. A tasty local breakfast is served for an extra fee.

Everything - we had a wonderful week here. The suite was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and the furnishings were all in A+++ condition. Views from the windows were stunning. The owners were extremely helpful and kind, nothing was too much trouble for them. This is one of the best places I have ever stayed in a lifetime of traveling.
