the pefect room, spacious, clean, cozy, big enough for 2 and ower small dog and the view was insane! the room was cleaned every day, it was realy hard to leave... ( we havent found enything like this for that price since. highly recomend!

Fantastic choice! Beautiful, spacious garden, comfortable beds and great rooms. Monica was an outstanding hostess. Monica gave us excellent tips for lunch en dinner in the neighborhood. If you like being in the countryside, this place is truely amazing. It is located very remotely, some 5 min driving outside the Village of Urnieta. It is surrounded by the green basque hills with wonderfull views and has itself a large green garden which is available to be used. Getting into San Sebastián takes some 15-20 minutes. The owners are very friendly and helpful and live in the rear part of the house. The appartment was very cosy and clean. There is a full kitchen and beds are good. A tasty local breakfast is served for an extra fee.

The staff is very friendly, they showed us all their recommendations for things to do in the City, and were always very kind. You can easily get to San Sebastian/Donostia and Hendaia from the hotel (direct metro line). My sister and I definitely recommend this hotel!
