It began as Plan B due to the horrific wildfires in Vina Del Mar, but quickly turned into a great decision. It is a peaceful and restful place with wonderful customer attention. Madeleine, the concierge was so caring and helpful. Alex, our server, was at our beck and call. And, Rodrigo, the owner, went out of his way to make our visit special.
