Service was fantastic. Requested a room with a castle view and was given one. Asked if there's hot water dispenser somewhere and was told they will pass me a hot water jug for my convenience. Late checkout was given. Free coffee service at lobby was nice too! Love the spa area with that mini hot pool and no one's there but me :) Love the 5 pillows for a big bed!
