Convenient location, just next door to Chateau Frontenac and tourist information. Lots of restaurants and bistros at doorsteps. Staff can speak English When we arrived, there were so many cars in front of the entrance and we couldn't unload our luggages. I have to go to the reception on the first floor to get information for parking in the city hall while my husband had to drive round and round the small square Knowing that we had trouble handling our luggage, the receptionist Martin went downstairs and helped me bring up the luggage. Very clean and comfortable room. Perfectly located in the old town and walking distance to everything. Staff accommodated us on a late check in with no issue. Nice modern renovation in a historic building.

Excellent hotel and service. The location is perfect to explore the city and just around the corner of the bustle of the city to offer the needed quiet at night.

The hotel location is perfect, only 15 min walk to the town centre, with valet parking on premises (15$/day), a couple minutes walk to Plains of Abraham. The rooms are all quaint and extremely well kept and feel like you're staying in a historic house. Our room was on the third floor and it was great, air con, TV, minifridge, nice lights comfy bed, plenty of pillows, towels and blankets, plenty of chairs and useful furniture. The bathroom had a bubble bath and all amenities. More towels and other toiletries were freely available outside of the room. The basement sported a fully functional laundry area and fully equipped very clean kitchen. Special mention for Michel, very welcoming, friendly and ensuring that everything was spot on. We were travelling across Ontario and Québec, and we definitely prefer the Hotel Manoir de la Tour above any others.
