Škerlj Wine Estate er gististaður í Tomaj, 17 km frá Trieste-lestarstöðinni og 18 km frá Piazza Unità d'Italia. Þaðan er útsýni yfir garðinn. Little house - Hiška er staðsett í Izola, aðeins 500 metra frá Svetilnik-ströndinni og býður upp á gistirými við ströndina með ókeypis WiFi. Beautiful little house in the old centre yet very quiet. Close to the beach so really great with a toddler. We had an amazing time and can only recommend the house, the host was so kind and accommodating with the time so that it was easier with our baby schedule. We had such a lovely time that the only negative thing is that it went too fast!

Sleeping on a houseboat was definitely extraordinary for us! We would definitely recommend it as an adventure for family. (our stay was early April, it was quiet when we were there but could imagine that it becomes noisy during peek season).

It was very good. Typical Slovenian breakfast. There was also a restaurant there in the evening so if you didn't want to go out you could eat there.

A big place, everything new, there were 5 of us (2 couples and myself) and three separate bedrooms were very nice to have. We didn't use the TV but there's a big one if you want it, also there is a grill outside which we did use... Castle Štanjel is a short walk away. All in all a very nice experience!
