Lucia picked us up from the airport and brought us to her place which is lovely, 5 min from the airport with the car.

Set in a 16th century castle surrounded by a lake and forest, Guest House Grad Strmol offers classic-style accommodation with free Wi-Fi. It also provides an on-site bar and 5 bikes free of charge. Sleeping rooms were airy and plenty of space; beautiful furniture and details (dishes, statues, souvenirs), thoughtful design. Many rooms made available for social activities, Excellent piano Bosendorfer, the room was acoustic. It was a pleasure to play. The view on the castle and from the castle. Peace. The staff was excellent. All this contributed to us feeling good.

Hiša Helena is a recently renovated holiday home in Kranj, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. The house is amazing, the best part is the terrace with an amazing view, BBQ, and hot tub. A tranquil oasis, the house is all new appliances, spacious and clean. We were all amazed and excited to have picked such a great house. I would recommend a stay here. It is a short ride from the center and also a great location to explore Slovenia. Not to forget the host is very accommodating and quick to respond. Overall 10/10!

Boasting mountain views, Tree House Alpinka Krvavec features accommodation with a garden and a terrace, around 35 km from Ljubljana Train Station. Host was very friendly and always ready to help, we really appreciated his effort. Tree house was wonderful, like a cabin weekend back home in Finland except that we don't have mountains 😀 Tree house was smartly built and every square really well used. There was everything we needed and the location was really good to get those lovely mountain views. Good to know: Cabin is quite small, like it has been clearly said in the description. We were still able to fit all our stuff inside the tree house, but there is also a winter garden (indoor space) if someone needs more space for their luggage.

The accommodation has a very well-equipped kitchen and everything you need to enjoy spending time with friends by the fireplace and fire. The owner is very kind and nice.

Featuring garden views, Grajski oddih provides accommodation with patio, around 27 km from Ljubljana Train Station. Perfectly located, this cosy cabin ticked all the boxes, especially with the hospitality and charm extended to us by Janez and her family. The accommodation, whilst not generous in size is tastefully furnished and has all you need for a self catering stay. It’s a convenient 10 minute drive to the airport ( with no noise from it ), and within very easy reach of many of Slovenia’s attractions ( Bled, Kranj, Ljubljana, and Austria!), and also a wealth of hiking opportunities. Triglav Apartment House, a property with a garden, is located in Kranj, 29 km from Ljubljana Train Station, 30 km from Bled Castle, as well as 31 km from The Bled Island. Odličan smještaj, za svaku preporuku. Dovoljno komforno, 3 toaleta, 2 kupaonice, udobni kreveti. Odlicno za 2-3 obitelji. Grupu ljudi. Ako nas put nanese u tom pravcu sigurno ćemo opet kombinirati s ovim smjestajem.
