Probably the nicest place we ever stayed at. This really is slow living at its best and we enjoyed every second of it. Everyone was so nice and friendly and everything was just perfect.

Fabulous breakfast, comfortable bed, furnishings, cooking essentials and a great pool with loungers and shade.

Perfect little retro house with very sunny balcony. Very comfy beds. Plenty of everything needed to self cater. Perfect retreat for tired hikers . In old town near all the restaurants and hiking trails. Beautiful view of surrounding countryside from balcony. Easiest one of the nicest places we stayed on our 9 stays for the hike. Easy self check in . Sofa bed downstairs is more private than other sofa bed options are the main house is upstairs so feels like a separate bedroom . Owners also made up a single bedroom upstairs which was a bonus . Photos don’t do it justice . It’s a great house at a good price . Thanks for having us

From the moment we arrived, we were spoiled with impeccable service and friendliness from the owners. Mariana & Tomás are amazing hosts, the accommodation and rooms are beautiful and the food is to return for. We highly recommend this place for its ambiance, dinner by Mariana and Portugese experience you will have here. PS: For the breakfast alone, please consider staying here.

In the evening the owner lit the fire in the "living room" (for guests) and was very helpful.

The house is very closed to the Arrifana Beach and has all the facilities that you might need during the trip. It's nice to have it all at hand. We've really enjoyed the pampering with sweets and fresh baked pastel from our host. We'll be back for sure.
