The property is on the top of the Balcony Walk village. You can see the astonishing view from this property, sit int the big yard or head to the back hill of this property to see the canyon from top with surrounding cute goats. It’s the best location! Even you don’t go the the Balcony Walk hiking, you can just stay at the property and enjoy the view. The property is really well equipped and so clean! With this view, big kitchen, yard and rooms, you can find it that it’s really valuable because the other properties in this area are so expensive. The host, Ibrahim, is really nice, we drive a small car with 4people and find it hard to drive up. I call the host and he ask his friend nearby to come to us in 10mins to help us. Then his friend drive our car with total 5 people and successfully drive us up to the top! it’s an amazing and exciting experience. Thanks for Ibrahim and his friend’s help. (we also learned the skill how to drive on the steep and sand road. Haha. )

The property is well equiped house with 2 bedrooms 2 badrooms.Everything was very clean.It is located directly at the start of Balcony walk what is great for the trek.There we no food options at night.We agreed to have dinner and breakfast at neighborhood house and it was great value for money.Food was very delicious and authentic.Hosts were really nice.Really recommend this accomodation.

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, بيت أرض الثراء Rich Land House is set in Nizwa. The location truly adds to the overall experience of visiting this stunning city! The host was extremely knowledgeable and helped us make the most out of our trip by giving us great recommendations for places to visit and dine. This place is perfect for families, as the kids had a blast too. The pool was a wonderful addition and having a supermarket right across the street was convenient for any last-minute food items we needed. Plus, finding parking was a breeze. Highly recommend staying here for your next vacation!

Terrassi ja konditsioneeriga Al khitaym külalistemaja asub Sa‘ab Banī Khamīs's. Majutusasutusel on rõdu ja tasuta eraparkla. Rooms were clean and the bed was firm. Meals available on request for 5 Riel. Hosts are very friendly and accomodating - we arrived a bit early and they had our room ready. The food was delicious. Parking available in a small courtyard. We did not see signage for the Guest House, but we asked a local and they easily pointed us in the right direction. We arrived at 2pm and had time to complete the Balcony Trail (which was mostly in the shade) before supper. Recommend to hike the Trail in the afternoon and then enjoy the sunset and sunrise on the private patio. Note: photos attached were all taken from the patio - amazing views!!!

Aiavaate, välibasseini ja terrassiga Little Garden private pool villa asub umbes 42 km kaugusel Nizwa kindlusest. Sellel mägimajakesel on privaatne bassein, aed ja tasuta eraparkla. This beautiful property is secluded and quiet. Perfect for a getaway from every day life. But yet, it's still close to major attractions in the area, making it a great place to stay while you explore Jabal Akhdar, Jabal Shams, Misfat, Jebreen, Nizwa or Bahla. The owner is very thoughtful in how he put the place together, thinking of every detail you may need during your stay. The place is very comfortable, and the outdoor space ia beautiful. We highly recommend staying here, whether for just one night, or longer.
