I travelled here on the bike trail from Paeroe. The house is a great location for the trail, town and going to the beach. Having arrived early and soaking wet, Julie met and walked me to her house 4 hours early! She was so welcoming, and as it was her house, I was glad she was there, so I knew where things were, and she couldn’t have been more welcoming. We even enjoyed a film together. Whilst it did rain, Julie was the ray of sunshine for me on this trip

Lovely selection for breakfast - very comfortable bed and all well thought out - BUT didn't need the sparkly lights to be shining ALL night - if on a timer perhaps turn off by about 11 ISH - as if blinds are up in bedroom they are a distraction to sleep - it was nice mr to have blinds open and see the view in morning

El Anchor watch ofrece vistas al mar y alojamiento con patio y hervidor de agua a menos de 1 km de la playa de Whangamata. Anchor Watch was the perfect place to spend Christmas. It had everything we needed, the kitchen was well stocked and had nice touches like board games and extra towels. The location was perfect and Lorraine was very accommodating with great communication. Would highly recommend Anchor Watch.
